I think the Dishonored trailer was pretty good too. Granted, it aped a lot of the Assassin’s Creed series (enough to make me think it was Assassin’s Creed at first), but it was still good enough to make me look up the game online, read some reviews, and eventually put it on my Steam wishlist for possible future purchase.
And, hell, when was the last time any ad made you do anything?
The “Dishonored” trailer was easily the runner-up. Especially the one with the “Drunken Whaler” song. Pretty incredible.
